Whats the one problem that despite consistently climbing that grade or harder you find nails?

Angel arete at Woodhouse Scar, find it stupidly hard

Crystal Method at Caley
Had a couple of sessions on it each winter for the past 3 or 4. This year I could finally do the first move but now can't do the second. One day I had my usual shut down on this so went and did Zoo York instead!, how can it be only 7b+?!
