Hi Haydn, ceramic, splintered Perspex, Queer Street, rave on all great around e3 to e4, snap dragon is a good route but with fiddly protection which fills a hand hold. Worth checking on ab from the hvs or e1 next door. Never topped a route out at Cher Tor apart from top pitch of mortlocks maybe? Can't remember - and two sun spots but both definitely then lower off a tree etc. Gonna be hot there tomo I reckon

You almost can't go wrong at Chee Tor. Start with Meditation (E1) and do a three star route at every grade above.

Ceramic is ace.  It's got an extended finish which I've not done, but which would probably be worth a look.

Was just here last night, lovely crag. Has anyone spotted the massive dead tree hanging precariously above Two Sunspots? Can't tell how it's still hanging like that! Pretty sure it would kill anyone belaying on Sunspots if it came down while someone was on it.. Just wondering if its been mentioned before and whether its worth trying to dislodge it from above. I've noticed its in the photo topo from the BMC guide (2015ish) so maybe it's more attached than it looks!

I'd be happy to go back and try and smash it down on a quiet day unless the consensus is to leave it be.

It's been like that since I first went, I remember feeling alarmed by it while belaying a mate on Midnight Summer Dream. Maybe it'll go one day or more likely probably just rot away given the time it's been up there. Worth highlighting these things though
