Just bought a replacement phone off ebay advertised 'network unlocked'. It has arrived and seems to be locked to a network. Can anyone recommend a website to buy an unlock code? Also if anyone can suggest a method of finding out what network its locked to that would be useful...

Not much of a recommendation but my brother used sim-unlock.net (http://sim-unlock.net/cart/) to unlock a phone I passed on to him. It was £3.99 and worked, but it was back in 2011.
