Title: '02 Xsara Picasso, 4 months MOT, £200

cragging car for £200 in Sheffield

1.6 litre petrol

78,000 miles - timing belt done by previous owner (can't prove this)

uninspiring beige car with loads of room for pads - and room to sleep in if you remove the back seats (easy to do)

cosmetically mediocre

MOT until mid June

needs a service

odd spot of oil from underneath, but not enough that it's needed topping up

drivers window sticking occasionally

drivers door lock doesn't open with the key (central locking works fine if passenger door is unlocked)

recent new clutch, brake discs and pads, alternator belt

air-con, stereo, heater all working fine

remote central locking works, but fob is held together with sellotape

2 keys

one pair of Autosocks for snow driving (surprisingly good)

roof bars

decent tires all round, including full size spare
