I am going to be in that vicinity and was wondering if the bouldering wall is worth a look?

I assume you mean the new one, not the UEA cave? New one looks alright, though I've never been...

The old UEA cave is the Broughton of the east, many happy days there in the past.

Ooh - that looks half decent... let me know what its like if you go as I sometimes have family stuff to do in Norwich...
-
pretty good little wall, good problems but annoyingly got stung with the old registration fee though

Cheers Tim. I hate that 'members' shizzle..

Ahh, I remember the Old UEA wall, the Leeds Wall of the S/E

Bumping a dead thread I know, but another big :2thumbsup: for Highball in Norwich.
I'm in the area visiting family and took the lad there today, expecting to make the best of it on a set of kids' birthday party jug ladders. Instead found a top class bouldering wall that wouldn't be out of place in any major climbing city in the world. Well impressed.

It's great isn't it. My parents-in-law live nearby so we go every time we visit. I'm always impressed by how much they invest in good setting, especially for their comps. Everyone's dead friendly too.

Cool - up there at beginning of sept so will try and check it out. Any locals there post on here?
