Title: Lack of power!

Hi everyone,

I've been out bouldering a fair bit and done a few font 7as in the peak. I can generally do 6C in a few goes but I have been stopped on a few problems recently by a lack of power on steep stuff.

What are the best ways to train power on steeper terrain?

Work your weaknesses - if you are crap on powerful stuff than train on steep ground at the wall/crag - have look at the Wiki on here for more detailed info and do a search on the forum - loads of stuff posted at various times :)
