Title: Finger Physios/Specialists in London

I'm getting pretty fed up of having knackered fingers now. I've been to a couple of osteo/acupuncturists in the south east and haven't been hugely impressed.

So does anyone know of any finger specialists (physios, osteos etc.) in London who are any good? There must be some around somewhere who actually know what they're talking about when they take all my cash.

I've previously been to Rupert Cross in Bristol (who is awesome, and used acupuncture which worked very well).
