Interesting listening, I never realised being too flexible could be an issue! Also over-stretching the shoulder knowledge being linked to being sat at a computer all day. Disappointed by the lack of driving-to-the-physio and dubstep soundtrack though.

Ha ha. The worst/best case he talks about at the end is my Mum. It's true, she was told she had no chance of regaining movement but is still climbing / mountain biking now, age 65.
