Hi, my name is Danger and I run a climbing website in Taiwan.
I've recently written up an article on Climber's Elbow (http://taiwanrocks.net/the-ultimate-guide-to-climbers-elbow/). It's quite comprehensive and, I think, useful to climbers even outside of Taiwan so I'd thought I'd share.
The article is based mainly off an excellent(but wordy) write up by Dr. Julian Sanders as well as some of MacLeod's writings on elbows and eccentric training, but I think the videos, pictures and antagonist section make it valuable in it's own right.
Anyways, hope this helps someone here out and any and all feedback greatly appreciated!

welcome, I recently began to feel sore from the inner elbow down. My understanding is I actually damaged the muscle by stretching when too cold... perhaps something to add to the mix.
Also, I checked out the Hanchor link advert and quite like the crater chalk bags... available here? Anybody know? price?
