I am in the process of redesigning my training schedule as my family life is opening up (youngest now at school, amazing what a difference that makes :smartass: :2thumbsup: )
Being an disciple of The Self Coached Climber and 9 out of 10 climbers never far away, is there any value that Conditioning for Climbers would add, even if only limited material worth consideration ?
