Title: making a home wall? eh help
Post by: unknownclimber on August 06, 2012, 08:14:28 am
hello all

i am thinking about putting up a training wall in my room say at roughly 50-60*...
and well im stuck, i have an idea of how to make the bracket/frame but as im not a joiner im not 100%, it should be fine though.
few more questions though, what wood to use for the frame? strong to hold the weight and forces applied
what wood to use for the panelling? i have read that people have had issues with some woods wrapping under the preasure.
also the best place to get T-nuts and good but cheap holds? :S seem moon had a training set but they are pretty pricey and the same for most good holds companies crusher, enterprise, holdz etc

any advice on general wall building or pics of your own and description would be good, cheers  ;D
