Title: training woes
Post by: jjjj on March 24, 2012, 10:33:35 am
Im in the middle of a stint of training im campusing, fingerboard, training board , weighted pullups, im just wandering how much this will affect my climbing. As i seem to really be struggling on things i would normally find quite easy and in peoples experience how long does it take to come back after the training period.

Throw us a bit of background on how hard you climb, what you climb, how many years you've been climbing etc. Are you struggling going back to redpointing 7's on Yorkshire Lime or onsighting Severes at Birchens. Is campussing etc even appropriate training for your normal climbing? Lots we need to know to give you a useful answer...
