Title: Research for prevention of injuries and best practice for pre/post warm-ups

The link above is a survey to assess climbers beliefs, knowledge and attitude towards climbing.
It takes approx. 5-10 minutes but will be invaluable for those with injuries and those who do not want injuries :P
