Hello,

I thought I'd make a blog to keep track of my training. So if anyone is interested have a read  ;D  I promise no amazing feats of strength or hard sending, but simply my current routine to get stronger.  :strongbench:

That was meant to say 35 degree! I wish I had a 35 foot board! :lol:
