But who's the climber who's down with the kids?
Total guess: sellars?
-
Nope. The clues are all there I think.
-
Is it Ben Moon?
Just that it's Ben's Wall / Groove (can't remember the actual name!), plus the climber is wearing Red Chillis...and Moon trews / chalkbag?
-
Its good... but its not right.
-
Its good... but its not right.

More in the morning...
Tomorrow morning?
-
Sorry, I was distracted...
Here's another then. You non-peakies can have the full lot in the morning if you like?
Describe the crux of this problem:
-
Building a stable pile of branches to place the mats on. :clown:

Too easy, I'll leave that for someone else to get
-

Describe the crux of this problem:

That would have been a good question.
Scouse still hasn't paid for ripping that pad.
-
Describe the crux of this problem:
"Flapping like a flag in a breeze, arguing with gravity"
-
JB, if you could post the whole quiz, that'd be great!
-
"Flapping like a flag in a breeze, arguing with gravity"
No. The answer is in a UKB thread. You just have to remember the name to search for...
I'll drip feed you the rest....

-
....Bonus point for the route (Cabbage Crack)
Is it, er, Cabbage Crack...?
-
4. Are they all on the Dove?
Well done, don't think anyone got that last night. Though there was lots of moaning that 'they're all on lime' or 'they're all caves' were also technically things they had in common. Though Ilam Rock is not a cave.
....Bonus point for the route (Cabbage Crack)
Is it, er, Cabbage Crack...?
Dammit. You knew that anyway though, right?

No. I don't think Neil ever had a mullet quite that impressive.

Was it Neil Foster by any chance? :)
I'd like to state quite categorically, that I never sported a barnet as ridiculous as the one climbing Cabbage Crack on the front of that particular guidebook...

Sgorr Dhearg - Beinn a'Bheithir maybe
(or maybe Garbh Bheinn if Corbetts are included)

Might be way off the mark, but is the right hand one on 9 The Wrekin?
OOOOOooooooooooooooooohh, a good guess, but not quite right.

-
Yes it is! Which makes the right hand one????
-
Yes it is! Which makes the right hand one????
Struggling with that, I'd decided it wasn't Brown Clee Hill. It looks like it could be the hill east of the road between Oswestry and Welshpool but that's a total guess. Is it called Criggion? Or is it something closer to Shrewsbury.
EDIT : Just had a look on Google, the hill I was thinking of is called Breidden Hill, the village nearby is Criggion. Think I'm possibly to far west though.
-

-

You can see the Breiddens from the Roaches, but you are right, they are further west. The Wrekin is almost due south.
Is it Pontesford?
I've never managed to pick Pontesford out from the Stiperstones behind from this distance. The hill in the photo is far more prominent.
Vert?
The Aiguille Verte, yes. I think everyone got that one straight away, handy having a team I guess!
-
Rodneys pillar
-
Rodney's Pillar is the highest of the Breiddens. IE wrong.
