Title: Stretches

Right i keep suffering from not being flexible, for the life of me i can'd do high steps when on vert, huge bridging and funky heel hooks. Can anyone recommend me some stretches (mainly for the groin) to do to improve this as its my biggest weakness at the moment!

Get yourself down to a local yoga class (or  :google: for videos, but nothing beats someone watching you and telling you about your form).
