I've always found this interview with Platon fascinating, about his World Press Photo award winning portrait of Putin for Time (http://www.aphotoeditor.com/2008/05/20/world-press-photo-winners-talk-about-their-images/). It was really well presented on the old World Press website, but now you have to make do with this shonky youtube vid:

More of a making of documentary/narrative from Richard Corey than anything insightful about photography itself about travelling into the Arctic Circle to climb a new route.
