Sorry for another thread on weights just wanting to check if its time to do them. Found my strength particulary big locks and power reaching a plateau and was thinking weights may benefit me, weighed myself the other day a staggering 55Kg, so what do you guys reckon? low reps high weight 3 times a week :?:
-
If your strong at powerful, army stuff maybe you should work on your fingers or other weaknesses, for weights i reckon low reps are best but to be honest they've done nought for me.
-
cheers chris although im finding my arms give up before my fingers
(come try my lovely cragx board problmes  )

I hope you not trying to entice me into the woody. It'll be a cold day in hell when i step foot in that place again! :ev:
-
haha it seems to be where i spend a lot of time as when im free its usually raining....so you dont think weights will benefit?
-
nah its a good wall, its just after two years it starts to get you down. My arms refuse to get stronger no matter how much i pound them. Weights will probably do you some good, its worth a go i'd say.

good job as i carried a set back from decathlon the other day in the pissing rain...its a long way home... If your not getting any stronger you must be a mutant or something :p ..right well unless something shocking comes and persudes me otherwise im starting 'em, report back in a few months
