Just seen this. Might be old news but thought I'll flag it up.
'We have just been informed that this weekend on Saturday June 4th the Marine Drive will be closed to all traffic (including pedestrians) due to a Classic car rally being held on the Marine Drive.
Also, that access to the "Testament" area could be restricted for a couple of weeks due to an archaeological excavation.
