Title: how to increase pulley strength
Post by: adrienbaudouin on May 10, 2011, 06:09:03 am
Hi,
I have just torn a pulley and I was thinking about what i can do to avoid pulley damages in the future. I came to the conclusion that i need stronger pulleys (I know, I should also crimp less but sometimes there is no other option). So my question is how can I build up stronger pulleys?
The only way that comes in mind is doing deadhang or campus board

Thanks in advance

Time.... those tendons just take longer than muscles to grow...
Also, knowing the signs of when they start to feel 'tweaky' and backing off - rather than carrying on...

Mileage. And once you get into the habit of not doing it you will be surprised how rare the times are when a crimp is your only option.
