Title: Government red tape reduction and the CRoW act
Post by: shoelace on April 28, 2011, 08:43:25 am
As posted on UKC. May be of interest-

Goverments invitation to comment on existing wildlife and access law with the aim of removing and combining some of the legislation.

I have a vested interest as I work in the sector. But I believe the legislation whilst not perfect is better than no protection.

Posted here as comments on the CRoW act will be relevant to crag access in many areas.
