Title: finger/wrist injury
Post by: Dexter on January 08, 2011, 08:36:47 pm
hey guys so I was doing some training on some monos (middle finger) and I heard a loud pop in my wrist area just to the right of centre. Basically hurt quite a bit at the time but not too bad now. I can still crimp fine but my middle and index finger hurt like hell to open hand but my back two are unaffected. Firstly does anyone have any idea what I've done? Also is it ok it to still train back twos or shall I avoid them too? Couldnt find any related topics currently up with a quick search so thought I'd ask.

i did the exact same thing about a month ago and i've had no issues with training back or front 2 . basically ive just been staying clear of middle two and its almost fine now .still best to err on the side of caution whilst fingerboarding though
