Crazy amount of new winter routes kicking off again; here's a few to chew on:

Hopefully have full details of Pete Harrison's new VIII in the kitchen soon. It sounds mental!

Did his sink freeze up?

Did his sink freeze up?
Yeah, and he's only a little lad so it was quite a big deal; dead steep reaching the rim. I think he only had a couple of paper clips bashed into the ice. (I'm starting to think about that film: the incredible shrinking man now - didn't he kill the spider with a safety pin in the end?

Not a scooby on that.
Well I was thinking of a SDS to a frozen sink, dry tool up to the sink itself, followed by a tricky mantelshelf. Depending on cupboard arrangement, got to be a Grade 6 move at least, maybe even IIII,6 if there is some objective danger from crockery not being put away.

What's the word on Llech Ddu? Saw the boys as we were walking in, but Baggy's report seems to have vanished...

Good work Adam! Still a few plump lines to go on Llech Ddu and it's sounds like now is the time and everyone wants a piece of the action eh...provided you're not stuck in work or Christmas shopping or got too many other fucking faffing things to do.... :wall: I think Tim and Bullock may have some unfinished business

The details were in the second part of the Yr Arianrhod report:

VII 7, but probably harder as Nick seems determined to reintroduce old school grading. After speaking to him last night I'd take all his recent gradings with a large pinch of salt. Tim's quote "like Black Cleft but harder" says it all.
