I'm six foot three and three quarters and not a wide boy. Moon's size small trousers are too short and too large around the waist.
Can anyone recommend a slimmer fit bouldering trouser or perhaps a brand with a 'long' version.

You might struggle. Most manufacturers have different leg lengths, but they aren't particularly long.
Mountain Equipment Long Leg is 33"
Arc-Teryx Long Leg is 34"
Haglofs vary depending on waist size
I'd take a look at the A'T Spotter Pants (I think they are available in 30" waist, 34" leg, maybe even 28" waist). Personally I think they're a bit too thick, and not stretchy enough, but they might fit, which would be a good start.

You're bound to be able to find some climbing suitable freaksized trous at TKmaxx.

I feel your pain. Trousers that are comfortable to climb in but don't make me look like an absolute dork are few and far between.
Best I've found is Patagonia- 28" waist ones still have a decently long leg. Some Prana ones do, too, although some are hopeless. It seems to depend on the style as they don't do different leg lengths.

I'm 6'3" with long legs & compartively short body and have used howies 'janitor' trousers for the last 4 years... (update: Sadly, it looks like they've stopped selling them now - sorry...) I now have two pairs (got em both cheap in separate sales). Thin ripstop cotton and re-inforced knees/arse. Amazed they've lasted so well - I'm always using my knees and scrapign my legs and they're still in serviceable condition...

Perhaps search for some Dutch clothing brands as they are a super tall nation. Their regular leg will be equivilent to a uk long...

I found Adidas 3 stripe fleece tracky bottoms to be perfect for not sticking to your legs like Cypher pants if its mildly warm! They also have a reassuring scally chic which will work well down the wall this winter in inner city venues ;)

yes but seeing as you only go climbing twice a year, anything you say is irrelavent

Just wear whatever you want and leave your arse hanging out. Works for me, I tend to get the crag all to myself.
Well, aside from the mac wearing rapist in the bushes and the frightened children.

Probably not easiest to source, but I got some MEC trousers that are nice and long in the leg. The Decathlon ones are too.
How skinny are you btw? "Not a wide boy" could mean many things.
