Durham Climbing Centre Winter Bouldering Series 2010

DCC's Winter Series kicks off with Round 1 on Thursday 18th November 2010. Guest setter Gareth Parry will be setting all the competition problems for this round.

Time: 6pm - 10pm

There are four rounds, one each month from November to February. Each round consists of 25 problems.  Anyone can enter - it costs just £1 per round for a scoresheet.  The event will conclude with a spectators final in Round 4.

More setters to be confirmed! Keep posted for details!

Round Dates:
Round 1: Thursday 18th November - guest setter Gareth Parry
Round 2: Friday 10th December - just confirmed guest setter Nigel Callender
Round 3: Friday 7th January - setter t.b.c.
Round 4: Friday 11th February - setter t.b.c.

Lots of prizes available for winners in each round and overall series winners.

Annual Pass for overall male & female series winners (worth £350 each!)

Juniors & new members welcome!

Hello hayley, some of the lurkers on this website often frequent your wall.  Brilliant venue with pumping techno and refreshing problems.

Glad someone has noticed the route setting efforts! Different styles of setting and plenty of new varied problems each week keeps it fresh for users.

Will indeed see some of you on 18th...

Early bird competition entry!

Just to let all UKBouldering users know competitors can enter each round from 2.30pm.  Some people prefer to try the new problems before they get chalked up.. also this staggers entry so it wont be as busy on the night (in theory!).
