Struggling to get over a flexor tendon injury. What do people recommend for a rehab:
I've seen metolius grip saver the ball with finger straps (different strengths, is the blue too soft?) , and climbing putty. Any recomendations?
I need something fairly light, that once I've recovered I could use for warming up?
( P.S Currently a tennis ball, gripmaster would be too much)
