Could anyone recommend somewhere to buy theraband on the web, pref in the UK?
Also, and I guess this is specific to the individual but, what would be a good resistance to use for general shoulder conditioning?
Cheers, and soz for the newb questions.

Different resistances for different exercises.

in real theraband i'd start with red and get to green and blu later. Anyway that's what i did.
for those in the link i dunno.
a cheap alternative is this http://www.decathlon.co.uk/EN/fb-300-set-4185454/ (http://www.decathlon.co.uk/EN/fb-300-set-4185454/)
yellow is perfect in the beginning, the step to red is maybe a bit too harsh and blue is useless for rotator cuff exercises but comes handy for other stuff.
What's nice is that the material seems more durable than the original theraband!

I'd be wary of buying cheap theraband-esque equivalents - I had some and it didn't last 5 mins, ended up getting the real thing in the end. As they "buy cheap, buy twice".
