What are you trainiing for?

The workout on the Moon website is good for building strength. If it is endurance your after, you might want to consider pryamids. http://www.nicros.com/archive/archive18.cfm (http://www.nicros.com/archive/archive18.cfm)

Some good stuff here. The beastmaker stuff can probably also be applied to a moon board.

How long are you resting between sets Eddie?

Just long enough for me to quick-step a lap of my kitchen shaking the pain out of my fingers!

'3x3 repeaters' are 3-sets of 3 types of hangs. 1st is a standard hang with slightly bent elbows, 2nd is 90deg lock and 3rd is full-deep lock. Rests between each type should be a couple of seconds (just a quick shake-out)

The whole workout takes me 40mins

I dont see you hanging them with 1 arm, there much nicer on the skin, the moon ones are horrible and sharp. Each to there own i guess.

If they weren’t sharp they would be slopers
Crimps outside are sharp, so I train on sharp crimps...SIMPLES
