Just packing for Font for..
1) First time in ages (Nearly 3 years!)
2) First time with 2 year old
3) First time via Eurostar/Hire car
Any tips on things to pack/don't bother with?

Pad, boots, tape, brush, money, chalk. Done.

Crashpad, square of carpet, beanie. Cameras, climb-on.

A strong cake carrying handbag for those lovely pain au chocolat/raisins/almond..etc and baguettes :thumbsup:

my nearest and dearest has ticklists in excel format for every occasion. Can distribute to anyone who wants them.

No need here - I have tick lists for climbing trips already made up - it is the only way in my world.

on my last trip to font i found taking my wifes passport instead of my own invaluable.not once did i get the piss taking out of me in regard to my climbing as a result of this.

i heard that you must now have hi-vis vests for all passengers if you drive in france.
if so ikea sell them...must do kids sizes.

I would quite probably be a control freak were it not for the fact that I forget stuff all the time hence the requirement for endless lists though I suppose I could put together a list of all the things that I wish to control... :-\

It's Spain you need vis vests for everyone..
the new one this year was carrying spare bulbs for the car...
and don't forget head light adaptors - remember once the French Fuzz waiting at the toll gates pulling over every English car that didn't have them...
