Post by: simone on October 16, 2003, 11:24:13 am
i've been climbin for the last year and i've found that my normal shoe size for my trainers etc.. has actually gone down a full size

has anyone else experienced such a change or am i wearing boots that are too small?

it's been quite good for me - i used to have size 11 feet which made it a rite ball ache to find shoes that fitted me, that i wanted

now i have a get a big choice as shops seem to stock loads of size 10's :D

My feet grew at least a size when I had a big break from climbing. Changed shape too....

Mine shrink half a size a year. Used to be 10's - now I'm in 8's plus I've weird shapes feet that are incredible ugly. It's clear that tight climbing boots fuck your feet up
