Check this video of Open Air I found:

Notice how Ondra skips the clip on the final crux bulge (apparently a V12 boulder problem) as he thought clipping it would take 10kg of weight off him :-\ (not that he has much there to start with!). He's on for a massive pisser at the end. Also, see how he puts his hands on the back of his neck to warm them up when on the shake out, an old trick Catwalk regulars will no be familiar with.

Rock type and style of climbing looks very similar to Malham/Kilnsey.....maybe Overshadow will come onto his radar......if its dry for any length of time that is...

Cool to see how aggressive his climbing style is. That really gets me psyched. The limestone does look quite similar to british stuff, which would explain reports that it is shit!

:lol: Blasphemy! I'm sure he would be in seventh heaven at Kilnsey or Malham though. The kid just loves to pull down by the look of it.
Fascinating to compare this to Overshadow on HXS seeing as they are the same grade. I guess its impossible to tell which is harder. We'll have to wait for him to alight on these shores...

He did indeed, i cant work out why he isnt putting up his own routes :-\. Im sure he loves crushing all these hard routes, in the same time it takes me to make a brew, but how hard could he climb if he put in a few months on a project???? i get the feeling he would most probably piss the current 9bs and surely 9b+ must be within his grasp.

He probably has to go to school or something so can't just spend 2 months in some massive cave in Spain.
