I'd like to point out that I don't have an iPhone (& never will) nor have I tried this app out, it just looked pretty sweet

Read recently about how you can turn your iTouch into a VoIP handset using Truphone (http://www.truphone.com/).  Works with the iPhone and some Nokia handsets already (although I've used fring (http://www.fring.com/) to use my Skype account when sat at home and too lazy geeky to get the phone).
