I've browsed the forums a number of times for training and injury tips. Thought I'd return the favour.
I found some things I thought were useful: (although maybe the following's already been linked...)
Fingers:

There's a link on the left of this page to more finger injury articles, some of which are relevant and you can save them as pdf.
General:
http://www.athlon.com.au/ (http://www.athlon.com.au/)
The articles section is climbing specific. Some good info on fingers, shoulders and elbows. From ukc threads the elbow treatment in particular is very good (if it's relevant obviously)
Hands and Dupuytrens
The Athlon link above has something on this but recently on ukc there was this article:
http://www.ukclimbing.com/articles/page.php?id=1312 (http://www.ukclimbing.com/articles/page.php?id=1312)
I don't have it but read it anyway just because. Seemed good
and finally:
Brilliant icons
:great:
