Title: Rings
Post by: Monolith on December 02, 2008, 04:01:51 pm
I've no intention of becoming a human triangle but would quite like to obtain a setup. In our  facility, there are two i beams located in close proximity to one another with a resulting handy 'gap' existing from the parallel flanges of the beams.

I've had a quick search on google and am a bit baffled as to where to start. Where have people been purchasing theirs from and what seems a reasonable price for a rig? Also any reference to routines would be warmly received.

Much obliged.

a little search might help?

ringtraining.com strangely cheaper to buy them from the US rather than crossfit london.

Aye, took a search on site but nothing came up of use.

Saw ringtraining.com. That is a bizarre pricing logic. ......

There's a guy in newcstle way who makes nice rings in wood and sells them on ebay for about £45.

andrew stemler in london. just type in on google, can't remember site name. cost about £65, everywhere else is at least 90. get access to workouts as well. you want the number 2, can't remember what they're called but it's something 2.
