I've received the following error three times since the forum upgrade (only reporting now that its recurred, didn't note technical support key from earlier instances I'm afraid)...

It arose when quoting someone else and attempting to include a URL within the markup. Tried again and it worked fine.

have seen this a lot, always after loading the reply page.
I'd have to guess it was some sort of rate limiting/ddos prevention configured by apache.
Replying to a topic loads loads of emojis generating xxx requests, which might be interpreted as a dos attack.

I am getting this consistently when trying to log in on chrome, on my work computer.
I seem to be able to view any page not logged in and have just logged in on  IE to post this question?
-
Anyone any ideas how to overcome this on chrome (sorry for message split).

Working fine for me at work (Chrome) - is this a work network thing?
-
No, unless a work + chrome network thing as it is fine on IE

Clearing all cookies seems to have fixed this.
