I’ve no idea why this is but I see people to have a lot of issues using UKB on my iPad & iPhone when connected to certain WiFi’s.
Other websites run perfectly at the same time, and if I turn WiFi off & use mobile data things load instantly. However I often give up loading a page and do something else for a while before coming back to check if it’s working again (more on my iPad when I have to use WiFi).
I don’t know if it’s just the few connections I’ve had but I have issues multiple times a day and other sites work perfectly. So it’s either a UKB thing, or something specific to UKB on my WiFi (though half that time it works perfectly).
I use Safari to browse rather than the app. Pages seem to just get stuck trying to open. I wondered if there could be any obvious reason for it?

Happens to me sometimes, using laptop and Chrome. Sometimes a page takes ages to load, other times instantly.

In the last couple of weeks ukb has been fairly crap at loading tbh. Was thinking of posting. 👍

I've had similar issues on my android phone. As you say, it seems to get stuck loading a page. Anecdotally it seems a little better at what I guess would be quiet times of day. Sometimes it seems to help if I let it chug away for a few seconds and then try and reload the same page.

Similar problems on my tablet on Chrome.

The odd thing for me is how switching to mobile data instantly improves it.

Sorry about this.
I’ve asked Sam to look into it.

Weird. UKB has always been pretty crap for me, loads of timed out connections and bad gateway 502's, but the last week or 2 has been working spot on
