Good day folks
I’m getting a bit of pain in my triceps when doing any pulling exercises, I notice it especially when doing pull ups the most, resting it is fine, it affects both arms also
I’ve been climbing years now and have never had it before, and was wondering if anyone has any ideas or has had similar niggles themselves
Nice one

I developed tendinitis in the long tendon of the triceps through overdoing pull ups / deadhang. Not saying that this is what's going on here, but throwing in some triceps stretches, arm nerve stretches and general shoulder flexibility wouldn't hurt.
