Title: Metolius 10 Minute Workout

Has anyone done these 10 minute workouts?  info here; http://www.metoliusclimbing.com/howto-10min.htm    From what I understand these are probably more more power endurance/endurance than just strength.  Has anyone done these and achieved any results?  I have just done the beginer to warm up, then straight into intermediate with 10kg of weight on my back.  Needless to say I am pumped out my brain.  Just wanted some advice about them if anyone had anything to suggest???

I used them a while ago, and found they improved my strength quite a bit. I do go back to them from time to time to top up, but I've found too much work on a fingerboard just agravates problem of the long standing problems I've got with my fingers.

Not so sure about endurance though, we've got some 40 move circuits down our local wall which you can link together in to a shocking 120 move circuit that goes at about Fr7b.
