Title: Wiki upgraded

I've just upgraded the Wiki software to the latest version.

Please post here if you have an wiki problems.

The SMF/MediaWiki integration may play up a bit.

Also, the wiki will look a bit different.  The old skin that was being used is no longer supported. I've installed the new version of the same skin but it does look a bit different.

I know about the image "error" on the top left of the page - I'll sort this soon but it doesn't affect the functionality.

I've updated the license/copyright information on the Wiki to bring it into line with what is used by Wikipedia / Mediawiki / etc, i.e. Creative Commons Attribution Share Alike 3.0 (http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/)
