Title: Portable fingerboard recommendation
Post by: Liamhutch89 on August 10, 2022, 10:06:39 am
I made one of these myself but it's a bit shit and I can't be bothered to do a better job. Ideally I'm looking for one that has an edge depth of around 25mm that I can do weighted pickups / no hangs with. I'd like the slot to be big enough so that my sneaky fingers can't find a way to cheat by nestling on the sides. The edge needs to be located centrally so that it can be used with 1 arm. I can only seem to find examples with 20mm or smaller edges, or the larger edges are offset and no good for 1 arm. Any recommendations?

If you drop Ash a message with requirements he might make you a custom one. I know he made my mate Jules a 30mm one. His stuff is also really good quality so worth it in my eyes!

Taylor made holds made me a nice one. It’s got 3 slots:

25mm 20mm 25mm

If you flip it over it’s 30mm 25mm 30mm.

I think he just posted an Instagram video of something similar.

I used it for weighted hangs and it seemed very stable. Use it for all
My warm ups at the crag too.
