Having checked the RAD database it says:
Peregrines and raven are nesting on the crag in 2017, meaning the extent of the restriction is wider this year (but luckily only extends into a rarely visited buttress) and slighly complicated by the different nesting period of each bird. The raven restriction applies from Cracked Edge to Solitaire inclusive and runs from 15th March until 31st May. The peregrine restriction applies from Solitaire rightwards and runs from 28th April until 30th June.
This implies all of Raven Buttress is banned until the peregrines leave/30th June. Is this correct?

Bonjoy's department I think, although beware of the local who like to put up notices suggesting climbing anywhere is illegal during the nesting season...

Cheers JB. Dan Middleton (BMC) got back to me on UKC* and confirmed it is banned so different venue for tonight is required.
Any recommendations for Peak Punter Lime (VS - E1)?

Think these might be a bit far from Manchester for an evening raid but a good shout for the weekend.

With Brian as well I think? I still have open projects at the Embankment and Smalldale from that era!

Had a lovely evening at Staden, if a little chilly in the wind. Thoroughly enjoyed Bicycle Repair Man, slightly different skill set required to slapping up problems at the Depot, I had calf pump after about 5m!
