Has anyone got any beta?
I've had a quick punt on this the past few times I've been to Crookrise, but I haven't a clue how to do it.
Assuming I am right by having my right hand in the terrible high right pocket/sloper and my left in the low left pocket, is it just a case of matching my left foot to the low left pocket?
There are several obvious smears, and a low large pocket out right, for my right foot, but I can't use any of them to get my left foot to my hand.
Is it one for a cold day or am I just too weak?

This is how most of is did it. I want flexible enough so just grabbed two bits of nothing and pulled up till I could get foot up.
Nice photo btw

I always go on a sunny day. That's my excuse... :tumble:

Thanks everyone :)
The photo has confirmed my suspicions, use the better, but lower, smear and try a lot harder.
highrepute, if only I was strong enough to pull off your method...
