The 1st Malta Bouldering Competition took place last weekend in Wied Hasan, a natural bouldering location featuring a "wave" of rock that provides problems up to V6. Special guest was Stevie Haston who grew up on sister island Gozo. In his own words "The event was held at Wied Hasan a very attractive wave of colourful rock just above a deep water soloing venue, it was ideal and idyllic. I can recommend the place for any visitor and you will pass a great day doing great problems, you won’t regret it. I am hard to please in my bouldering, and this wave of steeply bulging rock had me pleasantly surprised and smiling with a big grin. " (steviehaston.blogspot.com)

Actually its all that Paul. Except for the rats!
I've been there a few times as my folks have retired over there. Nice little spot.

I think you deserve one for that Paul. Maybe a nice damp cellar is more your style. Jeez, the youth of today ;)
