Title: For Mac users

Satellite Eyes (http://satelliteeyes.tomtaylor.co.uk/)

Used to use a set of scripts to set my desktop to a satellite (in the more traditional vein) of the earth updating every hour (or other user defined interval), but it was a static location as my desktop doesn't move, nor have does it have GPS capabilities (beyond crude IP based positioning).

looks quite neat but I am subconciously wary of all location based services (just got a crappy nokia phone through work that has GPS capabilities, and although the maps are great it makes me nervous...)
