I'm planning on heading there one evening next week so I'll let you know my thoughts afterwards.

Went yesterday. New area complements original. Not high but light and airy. New holds are very rough on the skin!! Good endurance circuit across whole new wall but quite tough. If thinking of going today I would phone first as their is a BMC event on.

my mate who lives round the corner from there said as much. Good new problems but his hands were shredded afterwards!

Looks decent from the photos, will be checking it out sometime soon if we get some wet weather.

My thoughts are:
1) It's a bit low
2) It's a funky looking shape
3) The holds are skin eaters
4) The arch looks good but I'm not sure if it works as a feature or if it's just taking up a lot of space.

TBH I didn't climb on it much as the holds were just too painfully rough, yowzers are they rough. Anyway that's my initial thinking, I guess after the holds have bedded in a bit and such like I'll have another play and be able to offer more meaningful opinion.

Did I mention that the holds were a bit rough?
