although in a thread with such a title, the only names to appear should be ben and jerry, it's quite amusing!
on the matter, with my right elbow officially injured, i started yesterday the training for mal'c one armer, with an entire session only dedicated to my left arm.
it'b been great fun and something i should have addressed earlier. better late than never.
ps malc's one armer is light years away.

True power is found in lead figures covered in acrylic paint.

IIRC, it's not acrylic, it's water based.

Suck on my Las cannon chaos scum.

I think I should go on this list, even if it's only because that at 105kg (16 stone 7 in old money); the fact that I can actually defy the laws of physics by climbing and leaving the ground is a feat in itself.

Haha, my girlfriend isn't even that light and she is far from a big girl (10/12)!

Mind you she is pretty tall for a girl, 5"9-5"10 I think, but her sister is the same height as me lol, 6" 1/ 6"2 !

She is 25 you sick fucker lol, actually that sounds like something she would say, sometimes I feel like it's a competition, one of us lowers the tone, the other one descends to a whole new level, other person is disgusted by choice of humour, awkward childish silence/sn**ger for a few minutes....and repeat  ;D

I have been warned by Nat that it ISN'T acceptable for me to be lighter than her. She came back from the trip @ 45kg  :o

Haha I can't see that ever happening to me somehow, even when I was verging on looking like an anorexic after coming out of hospital years back, I still weighed in at 14 and a half stone.
By the way Paul, had a look at your flickr recently mate, looking good!
You've really improved a lot, well done, keep going!
