Title: weight training

i've got some weights ariving next week and i was wanting to include doing a session a long with my dead hanging routine.which way round would you do it.weights or deadhanging first

I always work the fingers first and then weights. As to whether or not this is sound practice I couldn't tell you Webbo, but it feels good for me.

Just an idea but maybe some light reps would help get the blood flowing and aid warming up, then you could work your fingers and before finishing do some heavier stuff...

Ye, light reps, then dead hang then get on the weights. Bent over rows are the way ahead. Fact...
