Anyone know of any topos online to crags like Thirlstane? Im going up in a couple of weeks and would love to do stuff like shrinking violet, but need to be able to identify them! Cheers

Scottishclimbs.com has a basic description topo to Thirlstane in the guides section

.....which now seems to have disappeared!
You might be able to find it in an archive site somewhere.

Garheugh is actually good.
Clifton boulders are shite.

Clifton boulders have a couple of good problems with poor landings that don't get done very often. Not much for a visit of its own but combined with the classic E1/2s it's good. The Criffel boulders are limited and involve a bit of a stomp here and there. Sandy Hills nice location but care with the tides and don't expect extensive bouldering.
Thirlstane is OK, fair bit more there than in any topos- Coolboy and I climbed there a fair bit late 90s. But the lines are quite obvious anyway and Jihad is good.

Oh yeah, sorry, my mistake, I meant Criffel is proper shite. Clifton, never bouldered there, nice mid-grade routes tho.
