I remember slavishly studying a video of Leah Crane. Her beta was transformative for me.

Nice. Not watched that for a long time. Wish I could make the drop knee on the cross through work.

What struck me most about Leah's beta is that she doesn't fight the swings but rather gets things lined up so that a relaxed swing takes her onto the next set of holds -Ninja skills!

More seriously, that's got to be the ultimate beta resource for this problem! Not that I'll ever be strong enough to need it.
