Sheffield Council have put various robust stand-up bike pumps around the city (http://www.sheffieldnewsroom.co.uk/sheffields-street-bike-pumps-2/) which is a great idea.
Had one put in near to me which I used this morning. Its just opposite the main entrance to Norfolk Park on Granville Road. Pump has both Schrader and Prestat valve attachments.
